Michele Tieghi is the founder of psyfi money and an experienced business operator with a strong background in financial management, strategic leadership and scalable systems design. His career spans entrepreneurship, corporate operations and international business environments, giving him a practical understanding of how financial choices shape long term outcomes.

Professional background

Michele began his career across several commercial, finance and operational roles, including rotational experience at Moncler’s APAC headquarters in Hong Kong and operational roles within Moncler’s London team. These positions exposed him to retail finance, forecasting, supply chain operations and multi market management within a global brand.

In 2017, Michele co founded German Kraft Brewing, where he served as Chief Executive Officer during its early growth years. As CEO, he played a central role in transforming the business from a concept into a multi site brewery and hospitality group.

His responsibilities included:
  • Complete financial oversight and investor relations

  • Banking and lender partnerships

  • Company wide P&L management

  • Implementing scalable HR, POS, stock and production systems

  • Designing operational frameworks to support expansion

  • Leading UK and international growth initiatives

His leadership experience at German Kraft gave him deep operational insight, strengthening his expertise in budgeting, risk assessment, operational finance and strategic decision making.

Before his entrepreneurial projects, Michele worked as a Campus Headhunter for Wiser Graduates, connecting top university talent with competitive graduate schemes and advising students on career pathways in business and finance.

Michele earned a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London, graduating with First Class Honours. He also completed an academic exchange at the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce School, enhancing his foundation in economics, management and financial decision making.
